Can I cancel my order?
Because this is a pre-order for a physical product, orders cannot be canceled once placed.
Do you offer refunds?
All sales are final. If there’s an issue with your order after it arrives, please reach out and we’ll make it right.
When will my book ship?
Pre-orders are expected to ship in mid-June 2026. This is an estimate and may change based on production timelines or shipping delays.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes required by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
What if my book arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we’ll make it right.
What if my package is lost or stolen?
Once a package is marked as delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If this happens, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Please double-check your address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or outdated addresses provided at the time of purchase.
